We understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation policy for bookings made through Bhakt Guest House.
7 Days or more before Check-in: 100% Refund (minus 10% processing fee).
3 to 6 Days before Check-in: 50% Refund of the booking amount.
Less than 3 Days (72 Hours) before Check-in: No Refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.
In case of natural calamities, government lockdowns, or temple closures, we may offer a free date change or a full refund credit for future bookings.
